Stawamus Chief Provincial Park Squamish holds climbing competitions. And it's no surprise why. This is one of Canada's premier climbing destinations marked with over 200 climbing routes rated between 5.4 and 5.13 by the rock climbing grading system. They feature the Grand Wall standing 500 m (1,640 ft) tall which has more than 50 routes. |

Whistler's Comfortably Numb This epic trail was cut by local biker Chris Markle. This pathway spans over 24 km (15 mi) and has dozens of switchbacks and more than 1,220 m (4,000 ft) of climb. The trail is 12 km (7.5 mi) west of town and offers bikers stunning vistas and gorgeous alpine scenery. |
